• Your job title
• The name of the organisation you work for
• Your address
• Your mobile and/or fixed-line telephone number
• Your email address
• Copies of your correspondence with us (including emails)
• Any information you provide us concerning your income and tax affairs (where applicable)

The information we collect is categorised as contact details, correspondence, income details and tax affair details.

You are a contact nominated by one of our clients, or a client in your own right.

If you are a private individual, sole trader or partnership we will process your Personal Data in support of the contract that exists between us for the provision of our services, and to fulfil our statutory obligations in law.

Otherwise, we will process your Personal Data in our accordance with our legitimate interest of providing accountancy, payroll, book-keeping, audit and related services to clients.

In all cases, we will also process your Personal Data under our further legitimate interests, which are:

• Direct marketing
• Account management

Should you have registered one or more of your telephone numbers with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) or the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS), we will only call you for marketing purposes if you have given your consent for us to do so.

Your details have been collected from you directly, or have been supplied by the organisation you work for.

We will share your Personal Data with British local and central government bodies and agencies; to the extent required by law.

We will also share your Personal Data with our suppliers, such as those providing data storage, record-keeping and messagingservices.  Such suppliers will process your Personal Data solely at our direction, and not for any other purpose.

• Withdraw your consent to receive telephone marketing (when you have provided this and one or more of your telephone numbers are registered with the TPS or CTPS)

We will use your PersonalData to communicate with you regarding the services and advice that we provide, including the marketing of services that you may be interested in.

Where applicable, we will also use your Personal Data when delivering a service you have contracted us to provide.  For example, if you are a private individual who has asked us to assist with the preparation of your tax return, we will use any information on your income or tax affairs you have provided for the purpose of advising you on your tax position.

Your name, job title, organisation and address will be retained for seven years after we have last advised you.

Your copy correspondence and any information provided on your income or tax affairs will be retained for seven years after we last advised you on the matter concerned.

Otherwise, your Personal Data will be retained for up to a year after we have last been in contact with you.

• Request that we make a correction to the Personal Data for you that we hold or process.

You also have the right to take legal action if you are not satisfied with our handling of your Personal Data; or how we deal with a related request.

From time to time, our suppliers may store and process your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in the United States.

When this occurs, your Personal Data is safeguarded by our policy of using suppliers who have adopted European Union (EU) Model Clauses; or who hold a current Privacy Shield certification for their US-based operations.
